Come join the fun and learn something new with experienced, lifelong artists and sisters, Kathryn Petroff and Michelle Paez. All Scribble Sisters classes are held at Stagedoor Theatre in Conifer, CO.

For Adults:

We currently offer one hour small group adult classes every other Thursday September through May for $35 per class. Military discounts are available. For your convenience, punch cards can be purchased for these ongoing classes for $175 (5 classes). Please bring your punch card to each class to be signed and dated by an instructor. Art kits in your choice of medium can also be ordered through Scribble Sisters if preferred.

We will be switching to a few longer adult workshops during the summer months in order to work around everyone’s seasonal travel. Both teachers have planned some exciting demonstrations to share with the class in these three workshops in addition to time assisting with your own individual artworks. The adult summer workshops are scheduled for 6/16, 7/21, and 8/11, 3:30-6:30 pm and cost $100 per class. Our regular biweekly Thursday classes will resume in September after the conclusion of our Summer sessions.

For Teens: 

Registration is now open for our Teen Summer Art Series! These 8 small group classes are designed to be relaxed and provide individualized support for students of any experience level ages 13-18. We will cover pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, and acrylic techniques. All materials are provided by us at no extra cost, however your teen is welcome to bring some extra art supplies from home if they’d like. The total enrollment fee is $575 per student. We will meet on 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, and 7/30, 1:00-3:00 pm.

In both the adult and teen classes, we explore techniques such as shading, perspective, line quality, layering of colors, controlling the amount of water or solvent versus paint, mixing colors, and much more. All skill levels are welcome, even beginners! 

If private one on one lessons are preferred, we’d love to discuss options. We have extensive experience teaching children through seniors, beginners through master classes and are happy to customize classes to each individual’s needs. 

Due to the amount of time, effort, and materials acquisition involved in offering these workshops, we are not able to give refunds in the event that a student is unable to attend a workshop that has already been paid for. However, we are happy to give a credit toward  future classes for the amount paid.
